The mission of Harvest Hill Church is "We exist so that people can experience a life in Christ". This mission does not change, even in the midst of a global pandemic. We believe that being together for worship is an essential part of the Christian walk and a vital Christian discipline. Our desire is to safely move forward, continuing to meet and to "experience a life in Christ" together. Below is our very simple plan to continue to provide a high level of ministry during this season:

We are trusting and encouraging you to "self manage"

In other words, help us to be able to continue to meet corporately by taking a few precautions.

  1. If you or a member of your household does not feel well or has been exposed to the virus, we kindly ask you to stay home and engage in our services online until you feel better.
  2. When at HHC, please do your best to spread out, limiting hand shaking, hugging, etc...
  3. Please wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitizer stations that are provided.

Frequently
asked questions

What about Children's Ministry?

Raising up the next generation of Christian leaders is one of the core values of HHC. Our children's ministry is geared up and excited to minister to your children. Check-ins open at 10am for all ages, including our Harvest Kids "worship zone". All of the children's ministry classrooms are regularly sanitized and set up in a way to encourage social distancing. We also provide hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies for each classroom.

What about pre-service breakfast?

We all know that coffee is an essential part of living our best life. So, we are excited to announce that we will once again be serving breakfast on Sunday mornings 9:45a-10:15a. For the time being, breakfast will consist of donuts, fruit, juice and coffee. Everything is FREE of course!

You will likely notice that the serving line has changed and some tables are blocked off in order to accommodate social distancing, BUT......Breakfast is BACK!

Do I have to wear a mask?

Ahhh, its the most asked question of 2020!
Again, we encourage you to self manage. HHC is a judgement free zone. If you feel more comfortable in a mask, by all means, wear it! If you'd rather not wear a mask, thats fine too. Our desire is to have such an atmosphere for Jesus that the great mask debate of 2020 takes a back seat.

You may notice that our altar team wears a mask while they pray for people. This is intentional because we want EVERYONE, regardless of their mask preferences to feel comfortable coming up for prayer when they need it.

In short.....You be You.

Are you having youth ministry?

Yes! "The Hill" youth/student ministry meets every Wednesday night from 6:30p-8:30p. Social distancing and sanitizing is recommended and students are consistently reminded to spread out and wash their hands. Get your teenagers here!

Is there a mid-week service or small groups?

Unfortunately, we cannot have our normal "Harvest Groups" that meet in homes around town. However, we are in the planning stages of a mid-week corporate gathering where we will play games, have a teaching and a small group element.....all at the church, so we can spread out. So, stay tuned for announcements about a mid-week service starting this Fall.

How do I plug-in online?

There is no question that we'd want to have you here for church services when you are able. So, come if at all possible. We are better together!

When circumstances are difficult and it's not feasible for you to join in person, we strongly encourage you to stay connected by joining and participating in one of our online live service feeds.
